About this service

Unblocked Drains is a local drainage enquiry website helping Swansea residents request help for blocked drains, blocked toilets, blocked sinks and outside drainage problems. Enquiries can be routed to available drainage support covering the area.

What we do

When you call or submit the short form, we collect the basics — postcode, what is wrong, and how urgent it feels — and put you in touch with a local drainage engineer who can take the job on, where someone is available. The engineer confirms timing and the quote before any work starts.

That covers everyday and urgent problems such as drain clearance, emergency unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, outside gullies and related drainage faults across Swansea and nearby areas.

What we are not

We are not a national contractor claiming a van on every street. We do not invent fixed prices, guaranteed arrival times, or reviews we have not earned. Same-day attendance may be possible when local engineers are free — we will not promise times we cannot keep.
